COOKING
Important: Without defrosting, cook to a minimum temperature of 80°C in the center of the product, either in:

Preheat oven (180°C). Cook the product for 10 minutes per side. This product does not have added oil, so it is important to spray the milanesa and dish with oil to prevent it from hardening. (*)

SARTEN
Heat pan and add oil (180 °C/356 °F). Cook the breaded cutlet for 4 minutes per side. (*)

FREIDORA
Heat oil in deep fryer (180°C). Cook the milanesa for 5 minutes (*).
(*) At the end of cooking, no pinkish juices should drain, nor should there be vestiges of such color on the surface of the cutlet.
