TACOS WITH BREADED VEAL CUTLET STRIPS

INGREDIENTS

TACOS:

  • 4 Corn tortillas
  • 2 Breaded chicken cutlets Union Ganadera
  • 2 avocados
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 bunch of arugula
  • Chopped cilantro c/n
  • Neutral oil c/n
  • 1 Lemon

SAUCE:

  • 6 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp. Sriracha
  • 1 tbsp. sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

STEPS

01. Preheat the oil in a frying pan and fry the milanesas on both sides until they are golden brown (they can also be prepared in the oven). Cut into 1 cm wide strips.
02. For the sauce, mix the mayonnaise, sriracha, sesame oil and lime juice.
03. Lightly toast the tortillas in a frying pan.
04. Spread the hot sauce in the center of the tortillas. Top with a bed of arugula leaves, diced tomato, diced avocado and sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
05. Arrange the milanesas in strips on top.
06. Season with lime juice and chopped cilantro.
