INGREDIENTS

  • 500 g of noodles
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ½ Onion
  • ½ Green bell bell pepper
  • ½ Red bell bell pepper
  • ½ kg fresh perita tomatoes or one can
  • of natural pear tomatoes.
  • Olive oil, quantity needed.
  • Salt, oregano, thyme and ground chili bell pepper to taste.

STEPS

01. Cut the vegetables.
02. Oil the pan.
03. Sauté the vegetables and garlic.
04. Cook the tomatoes until the sauce is made.
05. Add salt and pepper to taste.
