COOKING
Important: Without defrosting, cook to a minimum temperature of 74°C in the center of the product:
GRILL
Grill at 175°C.
Cook 8 minutes per side, with high heat at 15cm. from the coals. (*)
RECOMMENDATION:
1) Heat the grill well
2) Grill height 15cm from the fathoms
3) Medium to high heat
4) Cook 8 minutes per side
* At the end of cooking, no pink juices should be released and there should be no traces of pink on the surface of the meat.
OVEN
Oven very hot (180°C).
Cook 8 minutes per side. (*)
PLATE
Griddle very hot (185°C).
Cook for 6 minutes per side. (*)
(*) At the end of cooking, no pink juices should be released and there should be no traces of such color on the surface of the cut.
