NUGGETS WITH ALMOND SAUCE

INGREDIENTS

  • Chicken nuggets Unión Ganadera
  • ½ package of rice noodles
  • 150 ml. Soy sauce
  • 20gr. Sugar
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 small onion
  • 150gr. Raw almonds
  • 1 tablespoon corn starch
  • Corn oil c/n

STEPS

01. Bring plenty of water to boil in a saucepan. Once it boils, remove from the heat and add the rice noodles to hydrate for 3 or 4 minutes. Then, transfer them to a bowl with cold water to stop cooking. Remove from the water and set aside.
02. In a bowl, mix the sugar with the soy sauce and corn starch. Set aside.
03. Arrange the Unión Ganadera nuggets on a baking sheet and cook on both sides until crispy.
04. In a wok, place corn oil, brown onion and diced carrots. Cook for 5'. Once the vegetables are cooked, add the almonds. Add the noodles and crispy nuggets.
05. Add the soy sauce mixture and cook for 5' until thickened.
06. Serve in individual bowls.
